Rosemary and Garlic Chicken cutlets, with Parmasean Cus Cus and The Smith special string bean salad...

I guess the title tells it all with what we had for dinner Sunday Night. Friday and Saturday night out means we eat in Sunday.
So we have made this before and it really is delic...

start off cutting a bunch of rosemary, chopped garlic, salt and pepper into a ziplock bag with about 2 tablespoons of EVOO... (with a pinch of Paprika)

The Pussy Pussy (AKA Cus Cus) was store bought, just add water and 2 tablespoons of EVOO.

The Salad is holla-proof. Cut all the ends of the string beans, add salt and boil them for about 2 minutes. Once tender, still crispy, remove and add to a bowl of ice/really cold water to stop the cooking process. Add small pieces of motzarella, sliced almonds, tomatoes, and salt and pepper to the mix. Finally, top it off with your standard italian dressing from a packet or one of your favorites.

Enjoy...

p.s. When in Israel, we learned that a naughty way of saying vagina or pussy is Cus. LIke Cus Cus, so we called it Pussy Pussy.

Jane on Houston between Laguardia and Nanerpuss

I'm a nanerpuss, nanerpuss, and I love Pancakes!!!

So they do not have funky flavored vodkas... how dare them?!?!

Had a 9:00 PM Reservation on the equivalent holiday to Hallmark Day which falls on Feb. 14th... this year, a Saturday. We got there around 8:50 and was told 10 minutes or so. No problem.

1 Allagash White
1 Orange Vodka with Soda... heavy on the vodka please. don't forget to ask.

We are seated precisely around 9:00 PM.

2 things not to miss are from the appetizer portion of our meal.

A. Noichhi - I am not a fan of anything creamy, this was and it was retardedly good. THe knocchi was toasted. how? don't ask. just eat. not a huge portion, but heavy on the cream so it was quite filling.
B. Eggplant Shamalamadingdong - REDICULIOUS!!! So this thing comes on a hot raught iron skillet so don't touch... very hot. There were pieces of melted Motzarella with tomatoes on this tray skillet with 2 roll-ups. not fruit roll-ups, but eggplant rollups with Sopresatta in the middle with the motzarella and pieces of fresh tomato. http://www.theBomb.com

Entrees were pretty standard...

Hanger Steak with Fries... instead of fries, I substituted the potatoe crochette and boy was it worth it. Fried, but not drowning. Really wonderful. The piece of steak wasn't huge, I finished it.

Breadcrumb crusted white fish - I know it wasn't "whitefish" but I forgot what kind and the fish was white. good and flakey piece of fish. moist. Shawn enjoyed. Im not a huge fan.

Desserts -

Sounded great but there was no interest.

All in All. Great food, wonderful service, reasonably priced. 95 without tip. 30 in liquor. you do the math.

I would go back!
